High-school students accumulate four years of evidence — certificates, awards, test results, competition placings, volunteer hours — scattered across email, phones and paper. ProofTrove collects it in one place and keeps it trustworthy.

• Forward it and forget it. Email a certificate to your ProofTrove address; it is filed automatically under the right student and category.
• Signed, so it holds up. Every item is cryptographically signed when it arrives, so it can be shown later without question about whether it was altered.
• You choose where files live. Your own Google Drive, or ProofTrove Storage. If you choose Drive, ProofTrove creates one folder and can only see the files it puts there — never the rest of your Drive.
• See what is missing. Gap analysis (beta) compares the archive against what a student’s stated goals typically call for.
